Easy and fast results

Got the 'Vitamin D Test'. Ordered online, went to the lab, got results in 3 days. Very simple process. No complaints.

Good value, minor scheduling hiccup

I purchased the 'Metabolic Panel' to keep an eye on my health. The price was fair, especially compared to what I'd pay through my doctor's office. The process of ordering online was straightforward. The only small issue I had was with scheduling my lab visit; the first Quest location I picked online was actually closed for renovations, which wasn't updated on the website. I had to call customer service to reschedule, which they handled well, but it was a minor inconvenience. Once I got to the lab, the collection was quick and professional. Results came in about 4 days, which is perfectly acceptable. Overall, a good experience and I'd use them again, just wish the scheduling was more accurate.

Reliable and consistent service

I've ordered a few tests from Quest Health now, and they've always been great. This time I got the 'Comprehensive Health Profile,' and the process was just as smooth as when I got the 'Thyroid Function Panel' last year. Scheduling the blood draw was easy, and the results came back quickly, usually within 3-5 days. It's really convenient to get these done without needing a doctor's visit first. They're my go-to for these types of tests because I know what to expect, and they deliver every time. Never had an issue with them, which is why I keep coming back.

So happy with my Women's Health Profile!

I just completed my 'Women's Health Profile' and it was such a positive experience! The website was super easy to navigate, and finding the right test was a breeze. Scheduling my lab appointment took only a few clicks, and the staff at the Quest Diagnostics center were so friendly and efficient. My results came back quickly, just like they said, and it was so helpful to see everything laid out clearly in my online portal. I feel so much more informed about my health now. I'm definitely going to use Quest Health again for my next tests, and I've already told my sister about them!

What's the deal with the home kits vs. going to a lab? Are the home ones accurate enough or should I just book a lab visit?

G Gwen 1 month ago
Home kits are super convenient for things like vitamin D or A1c if it's a finger prick. For more complex blood draws, you'll still need to go to a lab for sure.

Accuracy should be fine for the home kits they offer, but personally, I prefer going to the lab for a blood draw. Feels more reliable to me, and you don't have to mess with collecting the sample yourself.

Hey, thinking about getting that comprehensive health profile. I'm in NYC, how long does it usually take to get the results back?

F Faith Brooks 1 month ago
I got a thyroid test a few weeks ago, took about 3-5 business days for me after the sample was collected. It can vary a bit though.

Yeah, I think most results are usually within a week. Some of the simpler ones can be faster, but for a big panel like that, give it a few days.

Can I use my HSA card to pay for tests here? Thinking about getting an allergy panel.

F Faith Foster 2 weeks ago
Definitely! I used my FSA for a vitamin test last month, went through no problem.

Yeah, they're typically eligible. It's basically a medical expense, so HSA/FSA should be fine.

how do these compare to Everlywell? Thinking about getting an STD panel and not sure which one to go with.

N Noor Vargas 2 weeks ago
Quest is the direct-to-consumer arm of Quest Diagnostics, which is a massive lab company. So you're basically getting their professional-grade lab tests. Everlywell is good too, but Quest feels a bit more 'clinical' since it's directly from one of the big lab names.

I've used both. Quest Health feels a bit more official since it's literally Quest Diagnostics. Results are usually pretty quick for both though. Depends on what specific test you need, sometimes one has better pricing for certain panels.

My discount code isn't working at checkout for the Men's Health Profile. Any ideas why?

T Troy D. 1 month ago
Make sure it's not a one-time use code if you've used it before. Also, sometimes they don't apply to the physician fee part, just the test itself.

Check if there's a minimum purchase or if it's expired. I've had codes not work just because I missed a small detail like that.
